Scott Bader is an entrepreneur and founder of LGBT Creative and Triverden Creative, web development, graphic design and marketing strategy firms. Scott’s experience spans over 10 years in business development and creating innovative websites, with an emphasis on unique graphic design and inbound marketing best practices. During the past 3 years, he has refocused much of his talent with working with and helping to build the LGBT community and other community-based non-profits.
Scott is a leader by nature; his experience includes tenure directing both sales and marketing teams at a Miami-based multi-association firm and later moved up as Director of Business Development by the age of 29. Having grown in this capacity, Scott sought to apply his entrepreneurial spirit by creating his own business that serves non-profits, the LGBT community and small/mid-size businesses.
Since the creation of Triverden and LGBT Creative, Scott has serviced such reputable organizations such as the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, The American Disabled Veterans for Life Memorial, Elizabeth Arden, and the Miami-Dade Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC). In 2012, he became Chairman of Membership for the MDGLCC. His responsibilities include new member growth, member retention, and support for upcoming events and benefits. During his time at the chamber Scott has networked with a myriad of Miami-based companies and connected 100s of community businesses.
In addition to this, he has donated his time and talent as Director of Communications for the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force’s Winter Party Festival and has been their ongoing web-master and developer since 2009. He has also worked with Pridelines Youth Services, Miami Beach Gay Pride, Fire Island Co-Ops, and Smart Ride.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota with a Minor in Cultural Anthropology.
